About the Association

The NGO “Luhansk Regional Association of Veterans and Defenders of Ukraine” was created to represent and protect the legal interests of veterans, defenders of Ukraine, their family members, families of the fallen and missing, as well as veterans and defenders among internally displaced persons.

Who we are

Registration

The Association was registered on 9 June 2026. Its work brings together people, organisations, specialists and partners around practical support: treatment and rehabilitation, psychological and legal assistance, employment, professional adaptation, veteran entrepreneurship, housing issues, adaptive sports, and help with statuses, benefits and documents.

Presentation in Kyiv

On 25 July 2026, a presentation event marking the creation of the Association was held in Kyiv. It became a space for introductions, discussion of veteran community needs, presentation of work areas and building partnerships.
