On 25 July 2026, a presentation event marking the creation of the NGO “Luhansk Regional Association of Veterans and Defenders of Ukraine” was held in Kyiv at Sky Loft Hotel Kyiv by Rixwell.
The event presented the Association’s purpose, areas of work and development vision. Participants discussed the current needs of veterans and their families, recovery, legal support, employment, rehabilitation, and cooperation between the civic sector, public institutions and partners.
The event marked the start of building a partnership network and practical workstreams for the Association.
