About the Association in brief
The NGO “Luhansk Regional Association of Veterans and Defenders of Ukraine” was created to unite the veteran community of Luhansk region, protect the legal rights and interests of veterans, defenders of Ukraine and their family members, and develop effective programs of support, recovery and social adaptation.
